Curated Labor Day beauty sales for your weekend shopping

You can pretty much come across a sale just by closing your eyes and clicking on a random email this weekend, but I only included the best of the best and the sales I’m eyeing myself. There’s quite a lot in here so it may be best to open this in your browser!

This post includes affiliate links, which give me a small commission if you decide to purchase through these links. No pressure, but if you decide to use my links, thank you so much for your support!

If Armani Luminous Silk Foundation is as much an essential for you as it is for me, this 25% discount is better than any Sephora sale! This is one of my favorite luminous foundations and 3.5 is a perfect match for my skin.

Just a small selection of my favorite fragrances and brands:

  • Obvious Parfum – if there’s one thing I’m BEGGING you all to check out is the scent Pistachio from Obvious Parfums. Pistachio smells like a true earthy, nutty, sweet pistachio. It’s DELIGHTFUL, especially when paired with Snif Crumb Couture.

  • D.S. and DurgaI Don’t Know What is one of my favorite skin scents, Rose Atlantic is a beautiful fresh rose that isn’t too rose-y, and I currently have this adorable trio of minis sitting in my cart that includes Coriander, Debaser, and Rose Atlantic.

  • Diptyque – famous for their candles, but I like their perfumes better! L’eau Papier is a stunning skin scent with a hint of steamed rice that feels crisp and creamy all at once, Eau Rose is one of the only rose fragrances I can tolerate, and I also love Orpheon for a slightly smokier jazz club vibe.

  • Heretic – they make such fun fragrances like Dirty Peach, which is like a ripened peach with some musky notes, and I’m loving their the Dirty Coconut Hair Mist which is a delightful concoction of coconut, sandalwood, and vanilla – and the hair mist feels light enough that I can spray generously.

  • Parfums de Marly – the IT girl fragrance brand for the girly girlies. Delina Exclusif is sugary sweet floral but still in a sophisticated way, and the eye watering price tag makes me glad for a 15% discount.

  • Vilhelm Parfumerie Room Service is one of my most perfect scents. It’s a rose bath grounded with amber and sandalwood and Poets of Berlin is a fascinating scent that starts with blueberries and lemon and ends with bamboo and vetiver. None of these notes usually work for me yet somehow this fragrance does.

Another fantastic boutique retailer that has an even better discount on some of my favorite fragrances and beauty:

  • D.S and Durga – your chance to get them for 20% off! They have a smaller selection than at Bluemercury but still all of my favorites.

  • Homecourt – a fantastic home line from Courtney Cox with some of the most delicious scents. I used one of their hand soaps and I’ll be back for some of the cleaning sprays. Cece is a heavenly floral and earthy scent.

  • Obvious Parfums – sadly Pistachio is out of stock, but if you want to try some of their other scents, they have 20% off here.

  • Parfums de Marly – 20% off Parfums de Marly!! And they also stock the Delina la Rosee, which is lighter than their other rose fragrances and still feels feminine and sweet, but feels a little fresher.

  • Santa Maria Novella – an Italian fragrance brand I started getting into – Tabacco Toscano is a lovely floral take on a tobacco that feels brighter than a tobacco scent usually is.

  • Vilhelm Parfumerie – 20% off here instead of 15% at Bluemercury – this is great if you want to try one of their smaller sizes, which are exactly $100.

  • Westman Atelier – it’s rare to find them for 20% and the Super Loaded Tinted Highlighter is my absolute summer essential (reviewed in this reel). I also adore the Stick Foundation for its radiant glow, and it’s my favorite foundation to travel with. Of course, their Face Trace Contour Stick is also iconic and my most used contour – I use Biscuit.

The standout item for me is the Lip Sheers from the summer collection that are now $30. I love this super light and sheer lip tint formula and the summer shades are so pretty – they’re sheer so even the bright shades look subtle, but of course my favorite is Empower, the cocoa shade.

I genuinely love so many of Colourpop’s products, and that’s coming from someone who mostly purchases luxury beauty. That said, there are a lot of hits and misses so here are the hits:

  • Going Coconuts Eye Palette for the perfect neutral toned neutral palette and the 11:11 palette for something a little rosier

  • Super Shock Shadow in Ritz for a neutral tan with silver glitter that works beautifully as a one and done or a topper for any look

  • Instant Crush Cream Blush – for a dry cream-powder cream blush that was the predecessor to the new Lawless blushes. Cream blush with a powder finish that’s great for combo-oily skin

  • Liquid Blush specifically in the shade THX for a dewy rosy beige blush shade that lasts

  • So Juicy Line with the Plumping Lip Liner, Gloss Balms, and Glossy Lip Oil for super light weight formulas that look super juicy and are moisturizing too

  • Pretty Fresh Face Powder for a seriously blurring pressed powder that has a bit of coverage

I’m a huge fan of the Milk fragrance for a comfortable creamy musky skin scent, as well as the matching Dedtergent. I also love Taunt (fragrance and dedtergent) for a sweeter, almost cookie like fragrance. It has notes of bergamot, cassis, vanilla, and amber which makes it sweet and musky but not too heavy.

Their lip oils are fantastic and come in such fun shades (my favorites are Berry Jam and Merlot), but recently I’ve been super impressed with the Bright and Tight Eye Cream which sits beautifully under makeup and actually helps depuff and brighten my eyes, the Face Glaze Bronze as a face moisturizer for an all over bronze glow (and applied in this reel), and the Bronze Glow Body Oil for a very transfer resistant bronze glow for my body. Their new Sun Balm SPF Lip Balm is also the only SPF Lip Balm I’ve ever tried that doesn’t smell or taste chemically.

Both my boyfriend and I swear by the Supermello Gel Cream Moisturizer – it has the perfect not too thin but not heavy gel cream texture that genuinely works for all seasons for my combo skin (and for my boyfriend’s annoying normal skin), plus it smells like marshmallow. I also swear by the Supermelt Lip Mask and it actually heals my lips and is thick enough to be an overnight lip treatment. It’s one of the few products I *have* to have on a plane because it actually keeps my lips moisturized on long haul flights.

I literally just finished an entire compact of their cream foundation, which is incredible for combination skin and one of my favorite travel foundations (I wear the shade Illusion), and I credit their cream blushes for getting me into cream blushes (I’ve used up an entire compact of Blossoming!) As for eyeshadows, their powder formula is underrated and Magnetic is that perfect neutral bronze and deeper cousin of the beloved discontinued MAC Soba shade.

So much to love from Make Beauty, and I’m especially loving the Eye Shaping Stylos (I can’t seem to put down Meridian and Latitude for more than a couple days), Dewy Gel Cheek Tint, their powder blushes are super long wearing (Celestial Rose is a near perfect nude pinkish beige for my light-medium olive skin), and if you love a bold lip, their Cream Supreme lipsticks have some of the creamiest and comfortable but longwearing formulas I’ve seen from a traditional lipstick.

The Serum Balm and Serum Balm Intense are also best sellers for a reason – they’re some of the most nourishing tinted lip balm-gloss hybrids I’ve used. Make’s brushes are also lovely, but the Powder Brush deposits powder in a really diffused and even way and I’ve been favoring it over my other powder brushes lately.

2 standout products: the Clarity Peptides which actually improves the look and texture of my skin with niacinamide while adding some peptides to make my skin look plump and luminous. I also just finished a bottle of the Super C Ferulic serum which has a slight oil-serum texture (but still light enough for me to use in the summer!) and it definitely helped with some of my stubborn dark spots. It’s super potent so it may not be for those with super sensitive skin but my skin loves it.

There’s only 2 products in the line and I’ve only used the Molecular Hero Serum, but it has definitely changed my skin for the better. I’m about to crack open a second bottle right now because it’s become an essential in my routine. I talked more about it in this post.

An even sweeter deal than 20% is 50% off one of my favorite sunscreens – the UV Reflect Antioxidant SPF 50. It has a milky serum texture that absorbs quickly and settles into a soft powder matte finish. It’s one of the only American formula sunscreens I really love for oily skin. I’m eyeing trying more of their Phyto-Glow lip balms because I last tried them when they first released and I believe they’ve been reformulated since then.

Easily my favorite body care brand and right now the new Body Wash in Hinoki is my current bright spot. It’s a slightly fresher and more floral take on a traditional hinoki I can’t get enough of (and judging by how quickly this bottle is being emptied, it seems my boyfriend can’t get enough of it either). The Body Lotion has been a holy grail ever since the first time I used it, and you can save even more with a Body Wash and Lotion duo. One of the newer products is the Body Vitamin C, and the light gel cream texture makes it a perfect body lotion for hot summer days, and honestly it’s about time I incorporated a vitamin c into my body routine. Don’t skip on the hand cream either, it’s one of my absolute favorites and I always stock up to give them as gifts.

An absolute must have in my routine that I talk about all the time is the 2% BHA Exfoliant that I use everyday to prevent clogged pores, blackheads, and acne. The Youth Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50 is one of the best American sunscreen formulas, with a super light lotion texture that leaves a radiant, but not greasy finish. It feels light and absorbs easily so it’s easy to throw on in a rush.

The Dreamstick Cream Blush is a stunning cream blush formula and lately, I’ve been reaching for the shade Guava a ton. It’s a juicy coral shade that gives that perfect glowy sunkissed look, and the formula really lasts on my oily skin. I talked about these in a post last fall, when I was alternating Bubble and Teddy.

Extremely effective and barrier supporting skincare at reasonable prices. I really love the Hypochlorous Acid Skin Solution Spray to prevent acne and clogged pores – I use this after I go to the gym or after cleansing my face on a sweaty humid day (which has been most days this summer, tbh). The Hand Wrap Hand Cream is also one of those truly innovative formulas. It’s a non greasy hand cream that forms a water resistant film around your hands (though it doesn’t feel like a film) so you can easily type away on a laptop right after applying and wash your hands without immediately stripping all the moisture. It’s incredible and only $14 for 3.4 oz tube!

One of my favorite brush brands and their eye brush sets on sale are really great basics. I also love their eyelash curler, currently on sale for $13. There are 2 different sizes to match the curvature of your eyes and the narrow curvature works really well for me.

I browsed all 900 items in their sale section (you’re welcome) and here are the best of the best that I’m adding to my cart:

  • 20% off my favorite Shiseido lash curler – I have at least 3 of these around at all times and it fits my eye curvature perfectly

  • 25% off Maison Louie Marie Icila caught my eye when it came out and ever since I smelled it I haven’t been able to get it out of my head. It’s a soft floral that feels smooth and comforting, with notes of Jasmine, Bulgarian Rose, and Vanilla.

  • 25% off Shiseido Clear SPF 50 Stick – one of my all time favorite sticks! It’s a soft natural finish that’s not quite matte but definitely not dewy, so great for oily skin.

  • 25% off Dedcool fragrances

  • 28% off this Dr. Dennis Gross set with 10 of their iconic peel pads and a mini Vitamin C serum – these pads are my favorite for prepping for special events!

  • 30% off Fenty Beauty Demi Glow Light Diffusing Highlighter – it’s super soft and pearly highlighter that can be applied for a super subtle glow or for a more radiant look. I demoed these in this reel.

  • 50% off Maison Margiela Replica By the Fireplace candle – my favorite winter candle – it smells like a sweet smoky fireplace and it’s so cozy and heavenly. I burned through this one in record time so I’ll be stocking up. The Jazz Club version is also on sale.

I always have a bottle of the Sound Renewal Serum Cream that is the most delicate gel-cream texture. I use it night and day in the summer and in the winter I can still use it on its own or layered under a heavier moisturizer. I also just started incorporating the Pure Transparency Treatment Essence and it’s a beautiful hydrating and plumping essence to prep my skin for the rest of my skin routine. If you have sensory issues when it comes to sheet masks, you’ll love their Calm Movements Eye and Cheek masks because it covers your undereye and cheek area but it doesn’t cover your whole face.

So much to choose from, especially among the lip formulas – my favorites are Candy Glaze for a lip gloss in stick form, Loveshines for a lightweight lip oil lipstick (swatched in this reel), and Candy Glow for a tinted lip balm formula (swatched in this reel). The All Hours Foundation has also become a standout special event luminous matte foundation (I wear shade LW9 and applied in this reel)

What are you shopping this weekend? What did I miss?

As always, thanks for reading and happy shopping!
