How I’m shopping the big Sephora sale
Your (site-wide) discount depends on which Sephora tier you’re at, but everyone gets at the very least 10% off. I’m using this sale as an excuse to stock up on some favorite products, and to try some new ones I’m curious about. For starters, I’m going for Rare Beauty’s soft pinch liquid blush, which blends so naturally and is my new favorite blush. But I’m also digging their very easy to use bronzer stick, and and this great, long-lasting tinted lip oil.
The discount on items from Sephora’s in-house brand are 30% regardless of your tier: I might pick up this waterproof eyeliner pencil, as well as this brow pencil. And I’ll bet this lip color is pretty good too.
I’ve been loving Hanni’s splash salve, a moisturizer you put on in the shower and that leaves skin supple and glowy. Also a big fan of this Weightless Body Oil, which really is super-lightweight and absorbent, and The Fatty, a moisture stick for face and body, and especially stubborn dry spots.
Of course I’ll be stocking up on my beloved Kosas sunscreen.
My face tends to get red, so—as I am a new fan of this brand—I’m thinking I’ll give this serum a shot.
Dyson’s Airwrap ID costs a fortune, but people seem to think it’s revolutionary. Thoughts?
I think Benefit has better mascaras than they get credit for, and I’m game to try this new one, which promises insane volume.
A lightweight, non-sticky setting spray that really makes your makeup last.
I’ve been hearing raves about this lip balm, which comes in several other good shades too.
And finally, for nostalgia’s sake, I think I’ll go for the Brown Sugar Body Polish from Fresh, the scent of which reminds me keenly of the early aughts.
