The Sagittarius New Moon graced us on December 1st, bringing with it an energy of bold exploration and limitless possibilities. Sagittarius is the adventurer of the zodiac, inviting us to look beyond our comfort zones and trust in the magic of the unknown. This energy is perfect for manifesting the expansive, soul-aligned life we crave.

The focus of the session was simple but profound: creating space for your desires by clearing resistance and stepping into alignment. Here’s a recap of the three practices we explored together:

Sagittarius reminds us that the unknown isn’t the enemy; it’s the birthplace of magic. When we let go of the need to control every detail, we invite synchronicity and divine guidance into our lives.

• Reflect: Where are you clinging to control in your life?

• Ask: What could happen if you trusted the process instead?

• Affirm: “I release the need to control every step. I trust that my journey is unfolding perfectly.”

Resistance isn’t a roadblock—it’s a signal. Often, it points to fears or patterns ready to be released so you can move forward.

• Reflect: Think of a recent moment of resistance. Was it procrastination, fear, or self-doubt?

• Ask: What is this resistance teaching you? How can you work with it rather than against it?

• Affirm: “I honor my resistance as a teacher. It shows me where I am ready to grow.”

To manifest your dreams, your heart must be open to receive. This requires softening and trusting, even when vulnerability feels risky.

• Practice: Place your hands on your heart and breathe deeply. Imagine your heart blooming like a flower, ready to receive love, abundance, and joy.

• Affirm: “I trust that I am safe to expand and receive the life I deserve.”
